14 Facts Your Face reveals about your health
According to traditional Eastern Medicine, our face perfectly reflects our lifestyle, it reveals a lot about us, from bad digestion to low iron levels. It is good to know what is happening inside of you and what signs your body is trying to send.

Highlighted below are 14 facts or symptoms that our face tells us about our health and the possible remedy to these health challenges.
This is often caused by alcohol consumption, increased stress level, and or lack of work out (physical exercise). As a result, the collagen production is affected negatively; thereby making the facial skin flaccid.
Decrease your intake of alcohol and engage in more physical activity to make your face smooth, fresher and younger.
Redness of the skin may indicate a lack or low absorption of vitamin D. and may be caused by drinking too much coffee; as caffeine dehydrates the cells and cause inflammation and dryness. Or if you work at night and sleep in the day, you will lack vitamin D, because you don't expose your body to sunlight regularly.
so cut down coffee consumption and replace it with other tasty drinks, and also try exposing your arms and face to the sun regularly at least 10 minutes daily.
While a Pale skin mainly indicates a lack of iron in the blood. Which can be corrected by taking iron-rich food like red meat (don't take to much please).
3. LINES AND SORES AROUND THE MOUTH
Sores in the corner of the mouth is an indication of vitamin B deficiency; try taking green vegetables and meat along with whole grains. While Lines around the mouth is mainly caused by smoking. The effects, however, can be lessened by applying lip balm as well as quitting smoking.
